My responsibilities at Craftview have grown significantly. I’ve taken on the role of Product Manager for the MOSER and GILDE brand products —steering their strategic development and helping shape their future in a rapidly evolving market. At the same time, I continue to lead our Customer Success team, a role that remains close to my heart. Together, we’ve made meaningful strides in improving processes, empowering team members, and enhancing customer experience.
Key Milestones- Prioritizing with Purpose: I introduced the RICE method to our development and prioritization workflow, bringing clarity and strategic focus to our product decisions.
